Last week's highlights

A beautiful view on the mountains, a cabin and - not hard to recognize - 2 robins sitting in the tree. A nice scenery and a great reminder of the fact that it's finally summer - for real!

Olivier asked for a lady with a kind of mocking attitude, as opposed to his wife's version of the same theme (as you can see below).

A tougher lady than I usually draw, this one is inspired on an avenging angel.

For Petra (Olivier's wife), I tattooed a sweet and innocent angel, standing peacefully between the flowers.

And guess what, Petra and Olivier are also from Bornem. We should take a picture of all of the 'Bornemnaars' together! :-)

Last week this nice couple from Bornem came to the shop. We had a fun day and a great result!

I'm in a flowery mood lately! Not only my wardrobe became one big floral fest but my apartment too and after a few trips to London and Paris I'm enjoying a little bit of quality time hanging out with friends and getting my apartment heavenly Spring-ish decorated! I love wearing long dresses, it's such an easy wear and although sticking mostly with a very soft color palette I'm totally comfortable wearing bold colors and prints too, a nice little break from pastels ;)

Feel Good Food

I'm a lover of of all things that make me feel good, my favorite time of the day is when I can wind down, cuddling up the couch with coffee, cookies and chocolate, doing my nails and watching movies during the evenings or weekend mornings. My new feel good, cozy, comfort food is a combination of my favorites; Lu- and Tuc Cookies and Milka chocolate! The Tuc Cookies add some salt to the sweet chocolate flavor which makes for such a great surprise while the Lu Milka Bars give me that typical Cookie-Chocolate taste that I love so much and which goes so well with that big bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream ;)
