Not long ago I posted my favorite fishtail, favorite knotted and buns and favorite Fall hair tutorials, a lot of tutorials are.. well.. somewhat advanced or sometimes we just need that long length full hair that we don't have. I was looking at Urban Outfitters beauty/Hair products when my eye fell on all the hair accessories, clips, pins, hooks, ombre extensions, rainbow extension, a fishtail hair tool, a polly hair piece to make that perfect bun, chalk and little twisters. I love how a ponytail extension was used to braid a fishtail and the bun piece was used to make a low tucked bun, the ombre extension is quite clever as are the rainbow clips! These hair gadgets perfect for new do's!

2) Backward braided bun

Lynette has an amazing pinterest board (hairpictorial) and made this Updo for her best friend!
Giving a few simple directions for her tutorial:

This is a backward braided bun. Thought you all gonna love it, Here a simple instruction :- 1) Head upside-down and section hair from the back of the neck into three half-inch pieces. 2) Start with French braid from the back of your neck. 3) Keep adding sections until the top of your head. 4) Tie off the braid and twist it into a bun. Done!

I have collected my favorite Fishtail and Waterfall Braid tutorials over a bit of time for getting those beautiful pretty, romantic, sometimes simple and even sloppy undone looks! Often these Braids look far more complicated then they really are and I have found that the tutorials collected are the most easy and fun to work with while giving inspiration for future more complicated fishtail and waterfall braid fun in updo's and working in multiple sections!

First things first, Lauren Conrad shows us how to do the fishtail braid in a few easy steps. I found this video really the best and most easy tutorial for mastering (and beginning the "art-of") the fishtail braid!

Favorite Natural Beauty Tutorials

I'm obsessed with Natural Beauty looks! Not only is a fresh, radiant and dewy skin like a fresh leaf in spring, it is a perfect base to play up the classics like a winged eye or perfect red lips too! For me a bare look where it looks like no make-up is involved is far more intimidating as well, I always envy Natural Beauty's and their effortlessly nonchalant looks! Luckily for us looking "Natural Stellar" ends up being not so natural at all ;)

A gorgeous video on blush, luminizer and bronzer! To be honest the video is more of an inspiration then an actual help although it does really make you get up and have a go with the blush! Helpful or not, for a beautiful natural look you need that flush of blush.




4) Covering Blemishes

Sometimes foundations and powders just work against you when you want a fresh natural look, Foundations can cake or just take away a natural glow (hormones, happiness, love..you know a real glow), try to work with an concealer only and by working on the problem areas only; dark circles and lines! I'm not lucky enough to step out with only a drip of concealer everyday but the days that I do, it ends up looking far better then a whole cover up! Not brave enough? Just finish up with a sheer foundation instead!

A common misconception when it comes to natural looks is that everything has to be natural! You would be surprised how natural these curls would look when they dance gently in the wind! I would even go with a slightly lighter lipgloss and maybe even set the eyes a bit more!

There is a reason why we see so many Hollywood starlets with short and medium hair styles, short styles just tend to frame the face beautifully and easily add extra allure but.... short hair might easily look flab instead of fab. I've always been envious of sexy hair! Glossy, soft beautiful voluminous locks that linger between out-of-bed-hair and brushed out waves. My latest find for when it comes to Sexy hair is Dry-Shampoo! Spray at the roots, let it set for 5 minutes, massage the roots and the perfect base for sexy hair is set, finishing it off with some lush waves or just letting the created Volume do its work for an out of bed look! Favorite Bangs Tutorials {even if you don't have Bangs}

Bangs are just amazingly stylish and I find myself contemplating a new hairdo involving some beautiful bangs quite often! For this week I collected my favorite bang tutorials, mostly updo's involving heavy straight bangs, sloppy locks or side swept bangs! and the best? A tutorial faking bangs! No scissors needed! I don't really have bangs myself but my front locks are just a tit bit shorter then the rest of my locks so it's easy to create that feeling of having side-swept bangs even that I don't! Sometimes I even curl my front locks more making them look shorter and thus creating that side swept bang look and feel!
